We purchased a headstone in April from your Company. Since this was the first time I had ever done this, I was not sure how to go about it. Kris was a big help and even gave me a suggestion for a stone that was not pictured on the brochure. Due to the wording my husband wanted, I was not sure there would be room on the long stem rose stone. Per her suggestion of getting the culture rose stone, I took her word and ordered the culture rose 8x16 stone. So, we would not have to travel with it an extra 600 miles, we had the stone shipped to my sister-in-laws' home, in Oregon. She had it for nearly 2 weeks before we arrived and still had not opened it. All I can say is THANK YOU!!! It was absolutely beautiful. Not only that, it had to be divine intervention from the Lord for Kris to suggest the culture rose. Upon our arrival in California to do the setting, we found that the stone was almost a match to the double stone on my mother-in-law's parent's grave site, next to her. Same color, nearly the same design, it was very intriguing. The family wanted to know how we did it. Only God knows. I hope you won't mind, I have been referring people to you. Again, Thank you for the wonderful job you did on the stone. I can not express how pleased we were, with the service we received, from your company.
