Dear Mr. and Mrs. Rising:

On behalf of our Hospital Board, Staff and Patients, I want to express sincere appreciation for your generous donation of the beautiful granite dedication monument to our Heliport Project. We feel this project will result in a facility which will be of lasting benefit to the community, and your work will be a permanent part of that facility. We are planning a dedication ceremony on Sunday, November 4th at 2:00 P.M. and I would like to extend a personal invitation to you both to attend. We will also have a commemorative plaque in our emergency department to recognize all those who have given of their time and funds on behalf of the patients who will benefit from this project in future years.
