I cannot say enough good things about Kris and her team at Pioneer Rock and Monument. This small, local business is both nimble and responsive, staffed by people who made me feel like I was working with a much larger operation. What I expected to be a difficult process was instead a smooth transaction and was somewhat enjoyable (as much as ordering a gravestone can be). Kris shared numerous designs with me as she distilled my ideas and wishes to create a memorial befitting my late father. I live on the East Coast and had to do most of my order through emails and phone calls. Despite being across the country, I was treated as if I was just down the street. Kris even went the extra mile by visiting the cemetery plot where the stone will be placed to ensure the stone would fit. Thanks to her extra leg work, we learned that a smaller stone would be needed. Without missing a beat, Kris and her team adjusted my ideas into a smaller stone that looks fantastic. Throughout this transaction, the communication was thorough and gave me confidence that I was working with true professionals. I am very pleased with the final headstone and I recommend Pioneer Rock and Monument without reservation.
